This page contains has instructions to add the House and Annex Printers to your Windows PC.
1. Make sure you are connected to Beta Internal (NOT BETA GUEST!!!) and that you have removed the old Beta House and Annex Printers from your computer.
2. Go to "Settings"
3. Go to "Devices"
4. Go to "Printers & Scanners"
5. Click the "Add a printer or scanner"
6. Wait for a moment and you will see and need to select "The Printer I want isn't listed"
7. Check "Add a printer using TCP/IP address or hostname"
8. Click "Next"
9. In the "Hostname or IP address" field enter the following
a. For printing to the House Printer enter "10.101.0.5"
b. For printing to the Annex Printer enter "10.101.0.7"
10. Click "Next"
11. In the "Printer Name" field change the value to the following
a. For printing to the House Printer enter "Beta House Printer"
b. For printing to the Annex Printer enter "Beta Annex Printer"
12. Click "Next"
13. Click "Do not share this printer"
14. Click "Next"
15. Decide if you want this to be your default printer and then select "Finish"
You should now be able to print to the printer while you are connected to "Beta Internal" and also use the auto stapling feature.
