Your email and other data is accessed most easily from Google Chrome. There is also some University of Missouri software that doesn't work very good on other browsers (i.e. Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer) so this kills many birds with one stone.
Sign in through Google Chrome
If you don't already, I highly recommend using Google Chrome on your computer. If you don't have it already you can download it by Clicking Here
Once you have Chrome installed and opened, click in the upper righthand corner.
1a: If you have not signed into chrome with another account you will see a person-shaped figure.
Click on that and then click Sign Into Chrome and login using your Beta Credentials
1b: If you have already signed into chrome with another account, you can click on your name in the upper righthand corner.
Then you can click on Switch Person.
You can then click Add Person and then login using your beta credentials.
2:You will see a screen that asks "Link your Chrome data to this account?"
3:Click "Link Data"
4:You will see a screen that says "You've signed in and turned on Sync"
5:Click "Ok, got it"
This will enable you to not have to login to access your mail and internal websites.
Logging into Chrome using your Beta Credentials will also allow you to print and sync your bookmarks across devices.
